Steam Trap Examiner Level I Training is an exciting two (2) day course. The course is centered on teaching the proper techniques used to test and examine steam traps in industry. Steam Trap Examiner Level I Training is for all individuals looking to further their knowledge on testing steam traps.

Attendees work in teams to accomplish a variety of tasks in both the classroom and an operating steam facility.

A large percentage of the training time is spent on-site testing live steam traps using the learned testing procedures in a plant. Each attendee will learn testing methods employing visual means, temperature identification and high frequency ultrasound.

As with each of the courses, the unique Steam Team Training Concept TM (STTC) is used during the class. The attendees work in teams of two or three. The team concept has been proven to enhance the experience by permitting a more conducive learning environment.

During the program, our instructors will teach and illustrate true steam system principals, independent of specific products or manufacturers. The teams will use and reference AutoCAD prints of an actual steam system operation while completing tasks to practice and demonstrate the acquired knowledge. This insures maximized comprehension of the training course.

The Steam Team Training Concept TM (STTC) is used to insure maximized comprehension of the training material.
